Recommended Dose: Take one (1) capsule daily to manage or reduce the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea. If on antibiotics, take at least 2-3 hours before or after. When travelling, take 1 tablet daily throughout the trip to reduce the risk of traveller’s diarrhea.

Directions: Capsules may be opened and mixed into cool food or drink. Do not add to warm or hot foods or beverages. Culturelle? probiotics can be taken at any time of the day.

Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. If you have a milk allergy, do not use this product. Contraindications: Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition. Capsules are sealed in blisters. Do not use if blister is open or damaged.
