Pedialyte is a rehydration solution designed to help prevent dehydration* and quickly replenish lost fluids, zinc, and electrolytes. It provides an optimal balance of sugar and electrolytes to help rehydrate more effectively than regular household beverages, like sports drinks, juice, and soda. Pedialyte can be used by both adults and kids, and comes in a variety of flavours and formats.

Recommended Dosage:
Infants under 1 year: Consult a physician before using Pedialyte? AdvancedCare? Plus.
Children 1 year of age: 50-100 mL per episode of diarrhea and/or vomiting, up to a maximum of 1 L over a period of 24 hours.
Children 2 to 9 years of age: 100-200 mL per episode of diarrhea and/or vomiting, up to a maximum of 1 L over a period of 8 to 24 hours.
Adults, adolescents, and children over 10 years: 200-400 mL per episode of diarrhea and/or vomiting, or as much as wanted.
Directions: Mix the entire contents of 1 stick with 500 mL of drinking water. Stir/Shake until completely dissolved. If drinking water is not available, use boiled or bottled water to prepare the solution. Do not boil the solution after it is prepared. Tastes best served cold.
Continue as long as diarrhea or vomiting is present. For occasional use only.
Medicinal Ingredients: Dextrose, Short-chain Fructooligosaccharides, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, Potassium Citrate, Sodium Citrate.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Natural flavour, Calcium Silicate, Acesulfame-Potassium, Sucralose, FD&C Red #40, and FD&C Blue #1.
